Out-of-Home advertising sales is mainly three things: location, location and location. Scheduling

Ad schedules can be entered manually, with shortcuts, or with a calendar. Group buys and forced buys allow the customer to place an ad in more than one publication, in print or online, from a single ad order, and shortcuts can be created for common group buy placements.

Ad Rate Calculation

The total cost of the ad is dynamically calculated and displayed. Discounts can be applied to a user profile when appropriate. However, every discount and premium is tracked and reported on. For any customer, over any period of time, you can see the total discounts given, when they were applied, and who authorized them. Rates can even be customer-specific. For every ad entered, a price explanation provides a detailed rundown of charges, allowing the sales rep to see exactly how the rate was calculated.

Display Ads and Preprints

Display ad orders can easily be booked in the Media Sales Suite. Simple display ads can be input directly into the Ad Content window, while space can be reserved for more complex ads and includes full pre-print scheduling capabilities. The booking form includes information fields such as Insert Type, Weight, Page Count, Colors, Paper Used,etc.

Making Transactions

All ads are processed in real time. Based on the payment type indicated for the customer, payments can be applied for the current order or for existing orders once an ad is complete. You can display all customer payment activity or filter the information to specific transaction types or dates.

History Reporting

Ad history is tracked through audit trails and is kept for each and every ad. At a glance, you can find out what happened and when. Media Sales Suite allows you to analyze all of the financial and statistical data associated with ad orders.

Order Entry for Online Products

The Media Sales Suite provides Internet-based ad order entry tools directly and securely linked to the MediaInternet database. Ads can be submitted from any location by commercial and agency customers, sales reps, and private parties. MediaInternet uses the same rating engine, publication definitions and deadlines that are used industrywide. Everything is completely integrated, eliminating the need to maintain separate systems.
