We have a revolutionary way to train users, provide the best possible technical support and make sales presentations. WebEx is a desktop sharing technology that lets you see what's on our desktop and lets you see what's on ours. That may sound simple, but the implications are extraordinary.
Training
Sales training has gotten much easier with Webex. When someone at your media traditionally needed help getting up to speed with MediaInternet software, they either had to read the documentation or spend time on the phone being "talked through" the system. With WebEx, an MediaInternet trainer can share your employee's desktop, see everything they see and guide them step by step, either by talking on the phone or taking control of the application. When a MediaInternet trainer takes control of the application, your employee sees exactly what they do because it's happening on their computer. What used to take an hour now takes 20 minutes.
Support
Sales support has been dramatically improved as well. With WebEx, when a user has a technical problem, MediaInternet support people can quickly share a desktop, see a problem exactly the same way your employee sees it and rapidly come up with a solution.
Presentations
How is it possible that a presentation of MediaInternet products would be more effective through WebEx than a traditional face to face meeting? There are several very compelling reasons:
- It accommodates your schedule much easier.Instead of waiting weeks or months for us to come to town, we can be showing you the application within a day or two of your initial request.
- The MediaInternet System is vast and powerful.Some people only want the highlights, but others want to go in depth. WebEx allows us to break a presentation up into small parts, often spread over several days.
- We can show different parts of the application to different members of your sales team. A GSM or DOS will be interested in Inventory, Pricing and Avail Management issues. A sales person will want to see how easy Proposals and Research can be. Your lead sales assistant can be shown the ease of the Account Management and Mail Merge parts of the system.
- A WebEx presentation is interactive. Once we should you and your team different parts of the system, you can take control of the application and perform almost any function yourself.
